Introduction

Gangwon KITECH KAMIC has established and operates a research and development and technical support platform for all processes of additive manufacturing, including material development, DfAM, additive molding, post-processing, analysis/evaluation, and AI. Based on this platform, the center conducts R&D and provides product manufacturing support for the practical application of additive manufacturing technology in various high-value-added industries such as healthcare, aerospace, defense, and energy

Starting from the raw material stage, the center actively responds to industrial demands by developing materials suitable for additive manufacturing. It also contributes to the commercialization of high-value-added, functional components based on additive manufacturing by optimizing DfAM-based design for mass production and quality assurance, refining additive molding processes, and providing specialized analysis and evaluation support
