KAMIC is awarded the “Digital Data-Based 3D Printing Smart Manufacturing System Infrastructure” project under the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy’s 2024 Innovation Infrastructure Development Program, securing approximately $77 million in funding
On June 26, 2024, at the JW Marriott Hotel in Seoul, the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, along with KIAT (Korea Institute for Advancement of Technology), hosted a kick-off workshop for the new grant awardees of the 2024 Innovation Infrastructure Development Program. The workshop aimed to provide project-related education, enhance networking, and promote support policies for infrastructure development.
KAMIC had the honor of participating in this event, having been awarded the “Digital Data-Based 3D Printing Smart Manufacturing System Infrastructure” project under the 2024 Innovation Infrastructure Development Program. 🎉
The Innovation Infrastructure Development Program is a large-scale R&D project with a total investment of 191 billion KRW (approximately $148 million) aimed at establishing research infrastructure to secure cutting-edge technologies. It planed to support 48 new R&D institues. We are grateful for the support that enables us to solidify the 3D printing technology infrastructure with keen insight!
